Cancellations must be made by phone at 724-274-9540 — email cancellations are not accepted.

• For color or other chemical services: please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment so we can offer the time to another guest. Late cancellations (within 48 hours) will be charged 50% of the service price.

• For haircuts: cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $10 fee.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
